Ingredients
  

  • 2 keto hot dog buns
  • 3.7 oz sliced turkey
  • 2.1 oz sliced ham
  • 1 tablespoon light mayo
  • 1 oz Oaxaca cheese or any high-protein cheese

Optional: shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, banana peppers, vinegar, oregano, black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lightly toast buns if desired.
  • Divide turkey, ham, mayo, and cheese between the two buns.
  • Add optional veggies and seasonings. Press gently and serve BOTH minis as one portion.

Notes

  • For a saucier sub, add a splash of red wine vinegar and a pinch of oregano.
  • Swap Oaxaca for provolone or mozzarella if preferred.
