Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 oz / 85 g) sugar-free gelatin mix
  • 240 ml (1 cup) hot water
  • 200 g plain Greek yogurt (nonfat)

Optional toppings (per serving)

  • 6 g whipped topping + 4 g fruity cereal = + 38 calories

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Dissolve

Add 1 cup hot water to the gelatin mix and stir until fully dissolved. Cool 5-10 minutes on the counter.

Step 2 - Whisk in protein

Whisk in Greek yogurt until completely smooth and uniform.

Step 3 - Chill

Pour into 2 cups or a small dish. Refrigerate until firm (about 2-4 hours).

Step 4 - Serve

Spoon into cups and add optional whipped topping + cereal right before serving.
