Ingredients

Chocolate Fluffy Yogurt

  • 32 oz (907 g) vanilla Greek yogurt (highly recommend "Triple Vanilla" style, e.g., Oikos)
  • 1 box sugar-free chocolate fudge instant pudding mix (28-32 g)

Cheesecake Fluffy Yogurt

  • 32 oz (907 g) vanilla Greek yogurt (same brand as above)
  • 1 box sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix (28-32 g)

Crunch (optional)

  • 1 sheet graham crackers, crushed (12 g)
  • Waffle cones (Great Value holds 180 g fluffy yogurt)

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Mix each flavor

In separate bowls, beat yogurt + pudding mix for each flavor with a hand mixer and whisk attachment 1-2 minutes until thick. Let stand 2-3 minutes to finish setting.

Step 2 - Swirl & portion

For each cup (8-10 oz), add 150 g chocolate and 150 g cheesecake. Swirl once or twice with a spoon for a marbled look. Sprinkle graham crumbs on top.

Step 3 - Serve or chill

Enjoy right away for soft set, or refrigerate 1-2 hours / overnight for extra firmness.
