Coffee layer

Cream layer

  • 23 oz Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz (1 small box) sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 2 vanilla protein bars (e.g., Power Crunch or similar), chopped

Finish

  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Make the coffee base

Stir instant coffee with hot water to dissolve. Whisk into 10 oz yogurt with ½ box pudding until thick.

Step 2 - Make the cream

Whisk 22 oz yogurt with 1 box pudding until fluffy. Fold in chopped protein bars.

Step 3 - Layer the cups

Divide the coffee layer across 5 cups. Spoon the cream layer over the top.

Step 4 - Finish & serve

Dust with cocoa powder. Eat right away or chill 30-60 minutes for a firmer set.

Tips

  • For stronger coffee flavor, add an extra ½ teaspoon instant coffee to the coffee layer.
  • Bars soften overnight, giving a "ladyfinger" feel.
