  • 32 oz (907 g) fat-free Greek yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla is sweeter/less tart, but any brand works)
  • 1 oz (28 g) sugar-free pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 2 oz (56 g) mini chocolate chips

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Mix to thicken

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt + pistachio pudding mix. Stir with a spoon or use a hand mixer 1-2 minutes until thick.

Step 2 - Fold in chips

Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Step 3 - Portion

Total yield 909 g. Divide into 5 servings of 181 g each.

Substitutions & tips

  • Sweeter/stronger flavor: This one is mild; add ½ extra box pudding mix for more pistachio (it'll be thicker), or mix in a little of your favorite liquid sweetener.

Instructions
