Fluffy yogurt base

  • 32 oz (907 g) Greek yogurt (plain or Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla)
  • 1 oz (28 g) sugar-free cheesecake instant pudding mix

Cookies

  • 5 Oreo cookies, crushed

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Make it fluffy

In a large bowl, mix yogurt + pudding mix with a spoon or a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes until thick.

Step 2 - Fold in cookies

Crush 5 Oreos and fold into the fluffy yogurt.
Base yield without cookies 887 g; with cookies 943 g total.

Step 3 - Portion

Divide into 5 servings (188 g each). Serve right away or chill to firm further.
