Ingredients

Fluffy yogurt base

  • 32 oz (907 g) Greek yogurt (nonfat)
  • 1 box sugar-free lemon instant pudding mix (1.0-1.3 oz / 28-37 g)

Toppings

  • 90 g blueberry pie filling (30 g per serving)
  • Optional: ½ sheet graham cracker, crushed (6 g total)

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Mix to thicken

In a bowl, stir or beat yogurt + lemon pudding mix for 1-2 minutes until thick. Let stand 2-3 minutes to finish setting.

Step 2 - Portion & top

Divide the fluffy yogurt into 3 containers (306 g each from a 919 g base). Spoon 30 g blueberry pie filling over each. Sprinkle crushed graham if using (adds a little crunch).

Step 3 - Serve or chill

Enjoy right away for a soft set, or refrigerate 1-2 hours / overnight for a firmer spoonable texture.

Substitutions & tips

  • Yogurt choice: Any nonfat Greek works; "triple vanilla" styles are sweeter (use lemon pudding for the tangy note).
  • Topping swap: Fresh berries or a low-sugar blueberry sauce work too.
  • Texture control: Too thick? Whisk in 1-2 tsp water or milk. Want thicker? Rest an extra few minutes.
  • Weights: Base yields 919 g total; with toppings 1087 g (362 g per serving).

Storage

  • Cover and refrigerate up to 3-4 days. Stir before eating if it tightens.
