142 g ready-cooked steak strips 5 oz, walmart! 6 g oil 70 g bell peppers sliced 70 g onions sliced 2 slices ultra-thin provolone 210 g low-fat cottage cheese Smoky salt and black pepper optional
Sauté peppers and onions in oil with salt until tender-crisp and lightly browned, 5–7 minutes.
Heat steak: air fryer 400°F for 5 minutes or skillet 2–3 minutes until hot.
Melt provolone over the hot steak (air fryer 3 minutes or cover skillet 1–2 minutes).
Add cottage cheese to a bowl. Top with steak and veggies. Season with smoky salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Mushrooms are a great add-in for a cheesesteak feel; macros will change.
