Ingredients
  

Biscoff Coffee Ice Cream Base:

  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoon hot water
  • 10 oz Fairlife Elite Vanilla protein shake
  • 2 oz Torani Belgian Cookie syrup sugar-free
  • 7 g sugar-free instant pudding mix

Frappé Finish:

  • 2 oz Fairlife Elite Vanilla protein shake added after 2nd spin
  • Whipped cream and caramel drizzle optional; +72 calories

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Whisk in 10 oz shake, 2 oz Belgian Cookie syrup, and pudding mix. Pour into a Creami pint below the max fill line; freeze 24 hours upright.
  • Spin on Lite Ice Cream. Scrape the sides and spin on Lite Ice Cream again. Then re-spin times until it looks like ice cream.
  • Make a well; add 2 oz shake. Spin on Milkshake to a pourable texture.
  • Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and caramel if desired (+72 calories).

Notes

  • If the texture is too thick, add 1–2 oz more shake and run Milkshake again.
  • Keep liquid measures in oz for consistency with your macros.
