- Salt & pepper to taste
- Ranch seasoning a light dusting on the peas & cottage cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook sliced sausage until crisped: air fryer 390°F (200°C) 6-8 min (shake once) or oven 425°F (220°C) 10-12 min (turn once). Slice if desired.

- Add cottage cheese to a bowl. Top with hot peas and crisp sausage. Finish with pepper (and a touch more ranch, optional). Serve immediately.
Notes
- Sprouts pork & beef kielbasa has solid macros for this bowl; air-frying gives great crispy edges.
- Keep it simple, or add hot sauce/pickle brine for extra zing.
- Swap peas for another quick-cooking veg if you prefer.
- I eat this with cold cottage cheese because I love hot and cold meals. But you can gently heat the cottage cheese up in the microwave!
