Protein Ninja Creami Brown Sugar Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 12 oz Fairlife Elite Vanilla protein shake
  • 2 oz Starbucks Brown Sugar syrup
  • 7 g sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • After first spin: 2 oz protein shake (same as above)
  • Optional topping: whipped cream

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Make the base

Stir instant coffee with hot water to dissolve. Whisk in 12 oz protein shake, 2 oz brown sugar syrup, and pudding mix until smooth.

Step 2 - Freeze

Pour into a Creami pint below the max fill line. Freeze 24 hours upright.

Step 3 - First spin(s)

Run Lite Ice Cream once. Scrape down the sides and bottom.

  • If crumbly, Respin once until it looks like ice cream.
  • If it already looks like ice cream, continue.

Step 4 - Turn it into a frappuccino

Make a well in the center. Pour in 2 oz protein shake. Spin on Milkshake.

Step 5 - Serve

Pour into a tall cup. Top with whipped cream if you like (+60 calories).

  • Still too thick after the Milkshake spin? Add 1-2 oz more protein shake and spin Milkshake again.

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve instant coffee in hot water.
  • Whisk coffee, 12 oz protein shake, 2 oz brown sugar syrup, and pudding mix in a creami pint.
  • Spin on Lite Ice Cream. Scrape, then spin Lite Ice Cream again if needed; Respin once if still crumbly.
  • Make a well; add 2 oz protein shake. Spin on Milkshake.
  • Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream if desired.
