Ingredients

1) Biscoff coffee ice cream base

  • 2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 teaspoon hot water
  • 10 oz Fairlife Elite Vanilla protein shake
  • 2 oz Torani Belgian Cookie syrup, sugar-free
  • 7 g sugar-free instant pudding mix

  • Optional topping: whipped cream and caramel drizzle (+72 calories)

Step-by-step

Step 1 - Mix and freeze (ice cream base)

Stir instant coffee with hot water to dissolve. Whisk in 12 oz protein shake, 2 oz Belgian Cookie syrup, and pudding mix until smooth. Pour into a Creami pint below the max fill line. Freeze 24 hours upright.

Step 2 - Spin into ice cream

Run Lite Ice Cream. Scrape the sides and bottom & spin again on Lite Ice Cream. Then Respin until it looks like ice cream (soft and smooth).

Step 3 - Turn ice cream into a frappé

Make a well in the center. Pour in 2 oz protein shake. Spin on Milkshake until pourable and creamy.

Step 4 - Serve

Pour into a tall glass. Add whipped cream and caramel if you like (+72 calories).

Tips

  • If too thick after Milkshake, add 1-2 oz more shake and run Milkshake again.
